This may be a dumb question, but if free agency doesn't start until tomorrow, how are there pictures and news of Ted Ginn and Michael Oher signing what looks to be a contract? I know there is a few days before FA starts that is used for negotiations, but they can't sign.

Players who were cut can sign anytime.

They were cut, so they can sign. Normal FAs that simply had their contract run out have to wait till tomarrow
