The Jags/Raiders are both going to overpay and come out as desperate for mid tier guys IMO after missing on bigger FAs like Cobb. Not to mention other teams already overpaying guys (cough Suh cough). The market could be crazy over the next couple of days. 

 

Staying the hell out of the initial wave of FA, despite some Huddlers thoughts, should and will be the plan as Getts said.
