I do feel like Torrey would be a great fit as a number 2 WR but is there a huge difference between him and say a Devin Smith in the draft? If not, then that 5-7 million he would command is just too much for what he will provide this offense.

If Stephen Hill has a good offseason along with drafting a rookie WR like Strong or Devin Smith with KB could be an awesome trio!!

Philly would be the 4th WR and hopefully an improved PR/KR.

I like how every single year the niners are able to make multiple nice FA signings and we are constantly talking about cap hell and saving money. Eventually you have to pay to win and help your QB.
