I'm feeling that pound of bacon right about now.  Heartburn city.  I thought three or four beers would take care of the heartburn.  It didn't.

you have to beat that heartburn into submission like a pro. have a v8 and a red bull, then keep up with the beer.

Same here.  I like it once in a while, but not often.   My only real obsession food wise is pasta.  And desserts.

It adds a sweet and smoky flavor along with fat (which is better than cooking spray). I threw some in an apple cornbread dressing over the weekend. It was delish.

Pork fat is crazy flavorable too

I like it more in things than sstand alone. Now pork belly is a different thing. Mmmmm
