NFL is going to care about addressing the viewpoint of masses....and that is where Hardy is.

This is exactly my point. I'm sure there are also Saints fans that were heavily invested in the bounty case and knew way more details than what was presented for mass consumption on espn.

It's naive to think that some of us Panthers fans know all the details of Hardy's case and know he is innocent, but then with Payton's bounty-gate case he is guilty even though the only facts we chose to acknowledge were presented by the same espn that we all know sensationalized Hardy's case.
