Hardy decision expected today

top dawg

Ray Rice was different. Different circumstances and crime. It wasn't enough....there was video of the result of a knockout before footage of the knockout surfaced. That footage made people think it was too weak.

All CDV isn't the same nor deserves the same punishment. Hardy had a lighter charge than Rice would have seen in court

You're talking logic.  I'm talking outrage.

Outrage doesn't necessarily follow patterns of logic.

Some Panther fans see him as purely innocent. (tiny group)

Rest of the nation sees a guy who was guilty, appealed, then paid off the girl (massive group)

NFL is going to care about addressing the viewpoint of masses....and that is where Hardy is.

But is this still relative to Payton vs Hardy? One is a Super Bowl winning coach whose heinous allegations affected football games. Vs a 6th round pick from Ole Miss on his rookie deal whose allegations affected...not a d@mn thing. No comparison.

You just are in massive group in regards to Payton.....and opt not to be part of the tiny one when it comes to Hardy. NFL will cater to the masses.

Big picture the Saints junk is pretty standard stuff that had gone on for decades. They simply got caught in the crosshairs and made the example.

Hardy's junk happened at a time where he was put in the crosshairs too....and he will pay too to a degree.

If he worked out a deal with the NFL and agreed not to appeal a suspension as has been speculated, I can't see more than 1-2 games.

Yeah some morons will still be linking this to Ray Rice, but that guy was indicted, on video, and admitted it.

The differences are pretty glaring.

Idiots still think he did the same thing as Ray rice only there were guns in the elevator

Some panthers fans are really invested in the case and know all the details. Most of America has no idea what actually happened

Yeah I'm sure you know what actually happened though, right?

Nobody does. But based on what's happened, why shouldn't we accuse the franchise players of our biggest rivals and/or set up some bimbo to do so?? All's fair in love and war right??

Masses could give two chits about Nicole Holder. The masses were happy that we were playing with one arm tied behind our back.
