If you are such a head case that you get dropped in favor of Brandon Marshall...well that's pretty telling.

I don't fault Brandon Marshall for his antics and personality.. he has a disease, which he is working very hard on overcoming and helping to raise awareness. If anything I see him as an inspiration, not a head case.

Seattle traded away a guy they gave up a 1st and 3rd round pick for and signed to a big contract after just one year for a throw away pick. If that's not giving up on him I don't know what is. Also 62 catches for 677 yards and 3 tds is hardly MVP numbers in nine games.

Forgetting his returning numbers. He was killing it in 2012 before he got injured.

62 catches in 9 games is really good though. For comparison Kb played all 16 and only had 70. And this is when ponder was their starter

Not buying what you're selling.

Harvin's rookie and 2nd year w/ Vikings were plagued by migraines, often at times convenient for Harvin to miss practices, team functions or flights, even his rookie symposium in 2009. After his headaches became a headache. Minnesota was glad to get rid of him.

Seattle gives up 3 picks for him and a new 6 year $67 million deal, after which Harvin tears a hip labrum and is out for most of the season. His sole big play in 2013 was returning the second half kickoff for a TD in the Superb Owl.

In October 2014 Seattle sends him packing to the Jets fro a conditional draft pick. Harvin allegedly had locker room fights with his Seattle teammates and also allegedly sat himself down in some 2014 games, refusing to go back on the field.

Feel free to check Wikipedia on this info.

Now the Jets are trading for Brandon Marshall, another WR with a big contract and plan to release Harvin 1 year after trading for him and taking on that huge contract.

If it looks like a turd, smells like a turd, and acts like a turd, Harvin just might be is a turd.

Are migraines not a medical issue now? Just some convenient excuse to you I guess.

He left seattle cause he challenged fake ass qb Russell Wilson in which marshawn was on his side.

He has undeniable talent. There's no arguing that

Key word: rumored

When his former team gets rid of him early in the season after he had such a positive impact in the Super Bowl the year before I think that's all the evidence you need to validate that rumor.

But....you can ALS throw in the way that team turned it around after his departure and the fact that his new team is bailing on him.

I find it hilarious that we can never go after these type of players due to personality issues. Yet, everyone one of them you see teams like patriots and Seahawks and packers showing interest. I say we start acting like the winners and bring in talent when it is available.I really couldn't care less what the locker room is like for these guys. If there is a problem, take care of it. There are idiots I work with that I have to learn to deal with and cope just fine. We want to see the best talent on the field.
