One of my problems with the club level right now Is there is seated dining and entertainment inside the concourse on the club level. That means if the weather isn't perfect or the fans want to be seen, they can go in there and leave their seats empty. 

 

So when they build this club it needs to be set up where the nicest seats in the house aren't sitting empty while the rich folks go clubbing at a football game.

It's the same way at a lot of stadiums. The Dolphins have a night club in their joint.
