They are hoping that 2 years out from achilles surgery he will regain some of his physical skills and speed.  LIkely a gamble.  But given how soft they are as a team they might be keeping him because he is tougher than most of their pansies on defense. Quinn must have liked what they saw when Seattle played us for the past several years.
