Eagles and Bills: Major Trade

The bills and panthers have 2 things in common. They both have the best MLBs and they both had a losing record. What a joke! Neither NE nor Seattle have best MLBs. Heck, MLBs are just an afterthought for most good teams in the league.

Lol Wagner and Mayo might disagree with you there. Do you even watch football?

Wrong on pretty much every count

The Seahawks actually have one of the best middle linebackers in the league, Bobby Wagner.  Likewise, the Patriots thought enough of the position to use their first round pick in 2008 (10th overall) on Jerod Mayo, who won defensive rookie of the year that season.

As far as the Bills losing last year. part of the reason why is that they actually didn't have Alonso because he tore his ACL.  They inserted Brandon Spikes in that spot and, for the record, actually finished 9-7.

Every team that plays a 4-3 makes sure they have a good middle linebacker.

I'm keeping tab on him falling on that pile tho.

Leave the pile alone, Keek! lol

I like how the announcers try their best to put a good spin on by saying Keek is just finishing the play. The play has been finished. lol

He led the league in tackles two years in a row.

Good grief, you know absolutely nothing about football

He could write down everything he knows about football and it wouldn't fill a post-it note.

But his hatred of Luke actually has more to do with, shall we say, shading.

Nobody call Wagner 'the best' MLB like they're calling Keuchly and Kiko.

Actually, more people would call Wagner one of the league's best MLBs than would Alonso.

I realize you don't know anything of what you're talking about, but you could at least try and fake it with Google or something

MLB is the new cushy soft spot for players with little athletic ability to land a career. Just wait for the DL to engage then land on the pile and earn a tackle. Those half tackles adds up. Kuechly is sneaky.

That's why the announcers keep mentioning he always finish the play. He would run 15-20 yard to land on a pile that ended 5 seconds ago. I bet he didn't think I would notice that. Sneaky Luke. That's his new nickname, Sneaky Luke. Guys like Wagner are too athletically proud to do that. But not Luke.

I have to wonder if this nonsense has anything to do with the race of the said football player?

If you can't see that Luke is the best 43 MLB in the game, then you cannot be helped.

What team won anything with that much cap space. McCoy is a weapon all over the field. The dude catch deep passes and then line up run for 15. Don't you understand, the bills had a top 5 defense last year without Alonso. He did nothing for the bills but hide behind that DL.

I don't understand why people keep trying to turn this into a McCoy vs Alonso argument.

This wasn't a trade where each team was trying to get the better player.  This trade was about the Eagles getting rid of a bad contract.  Picking up a quality player with two years left on a rookie contract was just a bonus.

Can they replace his production with the 8-10 million they are saving?  What if they replace 90% of his production for 10% of the cost.  That is a lot of money left over to improve other areas.

What if the trade was McCoy for Alonso and Maclin or Alonso and Hardy?  Would people have a different opinion then?

Quick hint: Don't take him too seriously.  He has no idea what he's talking about and his evaluation of players is based more on, shall we say, what they look like than how well they play.
