On a more serious note, though, Cole has been pretty good as a rotational tackle.  I'm happy to have him back.

 

And if we keep Edwards as well, I'll be cool with that.  He's a good veteran presence.

I wouldn't count Dwan out. I am very happy for Colin though. This man was out of the league before Gettleman brought him back.

Cole is a great story. Out of the league for 21/2 years and has come back to play at a solid level the past 2.

I think Dwan is the most underrated member on the d-line, and is a pretty solid pass rusher from the DT position (13 sacks in 41 games in limited snaps).  He's been putting in work since 2012 - before Star, KK, Colin, etc... and was a huge reason why Hardy and CJ were suddenly able to take off the way they did.  He was just sort of lost in all the crap that was our DT rotation that year (Fua, Neblett, etc).

 

I'd love to see him back if he's got another year in the tank.

 

I thought Neblett was pretty solid.

Nope.  Got selected as our rep to the Pro Bowl and the next year...she gone.
