Glad the we resigned Colin, now its time to pay Dwan.

Dwan led the DT's in tackles last year with 40 so i would really like to retain him along with Colin

Question:

 

Lets say we sign other DTs or draft one or two..  Could this be just an insurance signing. In other words, we go through training camp and we realize we have better players than Cole, could he be cut? Same with Dwan, we bring them both back. Is this an example of setting up the draft with FA?

He's a big piece to the rotation.  Good start.  There's some 1-3 tech DTs in the draft that could fill D'wan's role like Xavier Cooper.
