Maybe and of course its a bigen that NFL would have common sense.  We just paid him almost 1 year of pay checks $770,000.00 a week for doing nothing!!  Something that he, himself, caused, why under any kind of law wouldn't he owe us the money back or a almost free year because he played 2 games I think.  Didn't do much but he was there.

It should be obvious considering all this board has been through in the last couple of weeks.

 

 

I really don't believe that it's about hardy's status on the exempt list as much as it is about his status regarding free agency.  There is a question there.  I know I haven't read anything that expressly concludes him from taking part in free agency or, specifically, the non-tampering period.  I guess Hardy and the league will have clarity soon.
