I am interested. The injuries are freak and not signs of a chronic condition--it would seem.

I feel like broken bones aren't nearly as bad as ligament injuries and tears. I guess they could be... I'm not a doctor but don't broken bones tend to heal stronger? Seems like they could be more of a freak injury than something that is reoccurring. I'd take a chance on him if the money is right.

Absolutely.  He's still young enough to get a full contract out of him.  Worth a small splurge.  I think he may be the one reasonable FA we could add that would most greatly benefit the team.  Bigger upgrade at SS than any of the LTs or WRs we could afford would be at their position.

He'd certainly bring some much needed speed to the secondary. Branch ran a 4.31 at the combine in 2008.

Broken foot last year, and broken fibula/ankle issues in 2013 if I'm Googling correctly.

 

 

Other than that, he played in 62/64 games the previous 4 years so not like he's always been plagued by injuries. If he proves he's healthy, could be a nice risk/reward pickup.

Well, he could have a disorder with general weak or less dense bones..

But i doubt it
