Who are the top wide receivers with kick/punt return experience in the draft?

This may have been awhile ago, but I remember Gettleman making a comment about prefering to draft running backs and wide receivers with kick/punt return experience.  Said it shows they're a true playmaker.  It's no secret the Panthers will draft a WR, likely a speedy one with return experience.  Considering the Panthers are desperately in need of a KR/PR and also need help at WR, this seems like a no brainer.

So ignoring the WR's with little to no college return experience, who are the top guys?  Haven't spent much time reviewing the prospects this year as some of you have.

Tyler Lockett from Kansas State.

I would love for us to draft this kid in the fourth round but he probably will get drafted in the third round.

Nelson Agholor from USC is a poplar choice around here. Some compare him to Jeremy Maclin.

Phillip Dorsett, WR from Miami has major speed and should be decent on special teams. He is a project at receiver.

Ty Montgomery WR from Stanford has had a good career at WR and is a good return man. Was projected to be a 1st round pick but now probably a 2nd or 3rd round pick.

Jamison Crowder, WR Duke is a undersized prospect that some compare to Brandin Cooks. Projected to be a late round prospect.

Mario Alford, JJ Nelson, Christion Jones, D'Joun Smith, Rannell Hall, Kaelin Clay, Quan Bray, Andre Debose and Marcus Murphy are some guys I have seen on top return prospect list.

I believe Justin Hardy has return ability but just not great at it.
