LOL even if fox goes 4-12 are 1-15. We all know Jerry will not fire fox for having one bad season. It would take aleast a few bad season for a coach to really to get fired. But again I could be Chargers a few years back fired a coach that got them a 12-4 year and replaced him with Norv Tuner. But I agree that fox motivation is just not working anymore. All I can say is bring in Bill Cowher.

Meeks is supposed to be a defensive backs guy, but that's where the worst screw-ups on defense are happening. At this rate, Harris and Gamble will be out of the NFL in a year. When Trgo was the DC they looked like potential all stars.
