Michael Oher Visits Panthers

The more I think about this the more I like it.  He is by no means past his prime and has played at a high level.  He wont command more than a couple million a year (which is what we paid Bell last season) and there is literally no way he could be worse than bell or Chandler.

Worst case:  He at the very least is quality depth

Best case: Blind Side: Part II

We will not overpay.

Not worried if we bring him in. He has experience, played injured last year and has actually had success. He would be an upgrade. Not significant but an upgrade nonetheless.

The question on him has always been his inability to comprehend a playbook with regard to his learning disabilities.

Lucky for us we have Mike Shula and the Dick & Jane offense.

Agree. He would make our OT position less of a need. That way we wouldn't have to reach for a OT in the 1st round.

I trust Gettleman's draft 100%. Solid record.

Free agency record is a different story.

Counting all the udfas hes been money.

Harper

Mitchell

Ginn

Remmers

Norwell

Brown

All solid guys who contributed to playoff berths and fit what we needed them to do for cheap.

Free agency record has probably been just as solid given the little amount of money he had to work with
