Pretty sure that we can still designate him as a post-June 1st cut.  I imagine that's what we're doing here.  It works out best for the player in the end.  If he's definitely getting cut, just go ahead and do it now and give him a chance to find the best fit for him out there if he plans on continuing to play.

I remember g-man saying that he had a meeting with d-lo, but wouldn't tell details.

I think he learned his lesson about releasing players who have ment a lot to the organization.

People gave him too much crap late in his career here. He's the best running back the Panthers have ever had. With the way running backs continue to decline, he may end up being staying the best for a long time.
