This is conflicting information. Are the two sides negotiating a deal or not? We know they are waiting on the Luck and Wilson deals, however it was reported the two sides met, not this article states different.

there are going to be several different stages of negotiations.  they're going to be successive starting with a sort of generalized discussion or two like what we're seeing now and eventually ramping up to an offer (or series of them) put in front of cam and bus cook.  the fact that they're talking at all is a good sign.

 

if things were ice cold and cam's camp was saying "well we haven't heard anything" then that might be something to wonder about.
