Based on talent alone, no question he is the overall #1 pick. However, the character issues is enough to make any organization run for the hills. I'm not even referring to the rape allegations. Maybe he is guilty, maybe he is not. But to steal fugging crablegs from a grocery store and then claim he "forgot" to pay has idiot written all over it. The dude thinks that he is above the law. Without question, Scam had his issues coming out of college as well, but from everything I have read, or saw, he appears to be a model citizen up to this point in his career. I am just thankful that is not the Panthers that have the dilemma of rather to draft this guy or not. Winston is definitely a boom or bust prospect. I actually hope that the Bucs do draft him, because I think he will end up in trouble or in jail sooner rather than later.

Nah I'll pass on having an ill bias towards a kid I've never met. You have some serious problems if you think that's ok.

I swear people like to judge someone off of information that's not even accurate. And just because someone did something in the past doesn't mean they are doomed for the future. People change everyday, and young adults have bumps in the road while maturing. It's called life, we don't know how Jamie's will pan out but I'm not going to wish negative on his career just because of inaccurate information. I hope the best for any player.
