Nelson Agholor WR USC

He is a legitimate option at 25 in my opinion. Would love for him to fall in rd 2 but I'm not so sure that will happen.

Also, his teammate, George Farmer ran a 4.35 at his pro day and is probably nothing higher than a 6th rounder due to injuries and lack of production. Good chance he goes undrafted. If we still need someone to stretch the field at that point, we could take a look at him.  Was more highly touted than Woods and Lee by some out of Serra High School

On the NFL.com profile of him, I found this.. This is from a NFC south scout, wonder if it's one of our guys..

"Right off the bat, his draft value has a ceiling because he's a slot receiver. At least that is how I see it. I don't think he has the speed to get open outside. He's a good value in the middle rounds, though, because of his return=game potential." -- NFC South scout

well, a good slot receiver has good value in our system. and there's no doubt he'd be an upgrade over Bersin.

I'd rather have a WR that has all the tools and a complete route tree, but having a receiver playing under the routes of KB, Olsen and Ginn could definitely have opportunities in short yardage situations that could turn into big gains after the catch.

he'd half to be awfully good to be drafted with our second.

No issue with this guy in the second round, prefer late.

I'm aware of the awful USC WRs to come out. Jarrain't, man I was one of his biggest supporters. He fooled me o so bad. That said I dont believe all USC WRs are trash and doomed to bust........

I remember bill parcells laughing about college teams that threw for 80 times a game. QB numbers look like a video game numbers. Impossible to judge the OL, RB, TEs too.

judge him on his game tape, talents, upbring, character, skills, football IQ, heart, and toughness.
