50 Shades of Gray was the worst movie I've ever seen. (No spoilers)

Background: My girlfriend, her sister and her brother's wife are all very close. They all refer to each other as 'sisters'.

So last night, I get a message from my girlfriend that she's out with her 'sisters'. The other two had just gotten out of Fifty Shades of Grey and were, her words, 'mega horny'.

Now she wants to see it

I'm assuming you've already volunteered to drive them if they want to see it again?

A lot of possibilities and opportunities there which don't usually occur more than once or twice during a lifetime.

Took the wife to see it Saturday night, the 7:45 show... Wouldnt say its the worst ever, it was slow, it was anticlimactic, it wasnt a movie in itself as it is obviously a part of a bigger story. It wasnt even close to the hype made it out to be, this was mainstream cake& ice cream.... But, I was interested to see what it was all about, my wife had read the books, and she wanted to go see it... Plus, the rewards after were well worth it.. Id sit through full days of Lifetime channel if I could get the same nighttime results.......

LOL,  the rewards afterwards! In the words of Carl Sagan, "save yourself a step".

is there anyone ethically opposed to this thing btw? i've heard tons of boycotts because the main character is obsessive and a little rapey, but idk if i can trust the sources because they're invariably evangelicals whose opinions are tainted by the fact that they think god is gonna step on a kitten every time you have sex outside of marriage anyway
