Has Voth changed his opinion of Hardy's future?

There are no transcripts.

None. There never were any.

There is an audio recording of the first court session.

No I'm not going to provide the link, I'm on the shitter while posting from my phone.

I recall one our beat journalist voming out and saying there was to transcript, in response to Peter king saying he had the transcript.

So can we please stop saying there was a transcript.

Dude...  there's a transcript.  I'm sorry, but it's true.  The defense paid to have them produced for the bench trial.  Now, I'm not sure if the NFL will be able to get them from Fialko or not, since they're technically his.

People still believe there are no district court transcripts?  There most definitely are.  And they are most definitely the work product of Hardy's defense attorney.  Hardy, as a client, has the right to obtain his file, but that does not include the transcripts.  Rosenhaus is Hardy's agent, and he doesn't have them, so the NFL can't force Hardy via Rosenhaus to turn them over.

Back to reality . . .

This would be an outstandingly insane [in a good way] chain of events if Hardy gets back into good graces with the FO and signs as a Panther next year.

We don't know what he is guilty of. All we know is that a financial settlement was made with Hokder and she disappeared. In some ways it makes it look worse for Hardy.

Actually, we don't even know that a financial settlement was reached. DA didn't say that there was one, just that they had reason to believe there was one.

And that settlement cannot be contingent on her not testifying or not showing up.

The only thing we know for sure is she quit talking to DA after saying she didn't want another trial and that she didn't show up

If your work sends you home for a year with total pay would you see it as punishment?

If my career had a 5-7 year window, and while in my prime, I was given a one year pay day and then sat for a year while my name was maligned and my skills went unused, yes, I would see that as punishment.

The exempt list is the way of the NFL sitting you without getting in trouble for it. The only way they could legally do this is to pay the guy they are sidelining indefinitely.

It is very much a suspension though until your legal troubles are taken care of but that's were they are running a slippery slope. Because they feel they have to get Hardy but Hardy is in the position were he has the upper hand with the charges being dropped. Whatever the NFL does there will be backlash but I hope they don't go down the path which tries to suspend an innocent man twice
