Has Voth changed his opinion of Hardy's future?

Was he even allowed to be in the building? I doubt it...and even if he was I'm sure he was asked to stay away by the team. Too easy to be a distraction with that. I'm sure he was still lifting and what not.

The Exempt List doesn't ban him from the facilities.

That point has been asked and answered before.

No but they could easily ask him to lay low, and not be around to avoid distractions. Or he could have been advised by agent to stay away.

Most of these guys have their own workout facilities for the offseason, so isn't that absurd he not go to the weight room

Some people seem really emotional about not wanting Hardy back. Not really sure why.

I get having the educated opinion or belief that he won't be. But some of the posters seem to emotionally attached to the idea that he can't come back no matter what.

This is a guy that makes us better as a team. He has some warts. And if he leaves so be it, we will survive. But i am not excited at the prospect of him walking and possibly signing with a team we have to face in the future

Hardy looked pretty sad in his rap video. You know, that other career he worked on while away that made him pretty happy. Happy enough not to be seen at the facilities all season.

Wait, if he was missing football and his team so much... Why not show up and lift weights and such.

Too heartbroken I imagine. Would be embarrassed to be seen crying.

Did you expect him to walk around with a slow shuffle the entire season,  as he kept his head down with a permanent. tear cascading down his cheek?

I can't speak for him, I don't know him...... I do know if I was put in a situation where I was somewhat strong armed into signing a piece of paper to put me on a new kind of list so the NFL can try to save face..     and it seemed like I let down my entire team,  and the fans,  by associating with a bad egg,  I would probably stay away until it was over.. out of fear of being a distraction to my teammates and pissing off the owner even more,   an owner that values public image above anything else.          That's just me.

That is assuming the owner or someone close to the owner on the food chain,  didn't personally ask me to stay away until it all died down a little.

Nope, not at all. I expected him to take the money and party, which he did.

Then again, I'm not the one trying to argue paid leave is punishment.

And than the whole argument that people who would like to see him back are the emotional ones is crazy..

I'm sorry guys that i want to find a way to keep a top 5 defensive pass rushers that we develop on the team.. I'm sorry that I read the testimony and followed this case from the beginning and feel like the accusers is a lair and full of crap..

It really pisses me off that real domestic violence victims get a bed at a women shelter and years of fears and damage emotionally and physically. .and not trips to Colorado skiing and shopping sprees in NY..

There are no transcripts.

None. There never were any.

There is an audio recording of the first court session.

No I'm not going to provide the link, I'm on the shitter while posting from my phone.

I recall one our beat journalist voming out and saying there was to transcript, in response to Peter king saying he had the transcript.

So can we please stop saying there was a transcript.

Not even what most of us are even asking you. Jesus. We are wanting to know how do you know he wasn't being ASKED to stay away from the building during the regular season?

No one has ever told me he was asked to stay away, nor has it ever been reported in the media to my knowledge.

You know, they thought Hardy could have been back at one point when is trial had a November date. Asking him not to come around is highly unlikely.
