Has Voth changed his opinion of Hardy's future?

Defending Greg Hardy and wanting him back is not unreasonable or emotional IMO.

I am good if they part ways. I still think that is the most likely outcome.

Just want things to be fair for Hardy. I don't think he should be suspended 6 games even if he is playing for the Falcons. I feel like he has been punished enough, and especially because I don't really buy Holder's story.

The new rule that was brought in last year for athletes facing criminal cases states:

1) players will be put on the commissioner's exempt list until their case was settled

2) NFL would then base its punishment on conclusion of the case

3) players involved in DV would face a 6 game ban

Per rules, no punishment. Sounds fair to me.

If your work sends you home for a year with total pay would you see it as punishment?

If i believed i was the best and i had 15 sacks last season and the trend was going up and sitting out a year in my prime would put a dent in my career total.. if im trying to reach the HOF. If im trying to contribute to a 12-4 team.. if i kbow were losing games and my situation had a large hand in that distraction. If i knew i didnt do poo yet im forced to sit out..

A player, in the prime of his career, which is a very limited time, forced to sit out to just save an entity's image, when that entity time and time again shits on your fellow nfl players.. when its THAT entitys fault for lying about the ray rice vid..

Zod. Dont think like a robot. Sure, being paid 13 mil may compensate.. but in the prime of your career, where that window is so small..

Thank you. That's what I'm trying to say.

This is a better argument than saying that he got punished because he couldn't play a game he did not love.

However, if this is your argument, someone could argue that the 13mil he was paid is good enough to cushion any potential future loss of revenue. Remember it wasn't a guarantee he was going to play better than the year before in order to earn him a big contract. He was denied a "chance", I doubt that chance will command greater than a 13mil compensation.

0.000000673% chance

All this bet min talk and playing for cheap is fantasy talk. Jerry Richardson could run across the field at halftime butt naked too I guess....

Vet minimum is of course fantasy talk but if we get him for less than what we franchised him for like in the range of 5-10 mill id be good with it. We might as well spend that money on a proven game changer that knows the system and is young and hungry. If and only if he can keep his head on straight.

Hardy looked pretty sad in his rap video. You know, that other career he worked on while away that made him pretty happy. Happy enough not to be seen at the facilities all season.

Wait, if he was missing football and his team so much... Why not show up and lift weights and such.

Too heartbroken I imagine. Would be embarrassed to be seen crying.

Lol...yeah maybe he should have put a video on YouTube of himself crying and eating cookie dough. What world do you live in? By your logic he should just be sad and depressed and not continue to live his life. Are you one of those guys who thinks Cam should be in the film room instead of at school?

Why didn't he attend a single workout if his love for the game and the team is what you say it is.

Just an hour. A single workout.

Why not?

How do you know he wasn't. . And now we're seeing that he did have contact with his coaches and other players ...because they are fighting for him to return. . Guys like TD Olsen Kali and CJ are putting their necks out for him...
