Good collision lawyer in Charlotte?

Someone rear ended my wife yesterday. We were gonna be cool about it until we got a report where dude completely lied. It's still his fault but because he was a dick we are planning on getting a lawyer. Any suggestions?

Yes. Plus she's pregnant. She went to doctor today and doctor said he can't find the heart beat... She almost lost it so they moved her to more advanced machine and that one found the heartbeat. She's hurt all over from the wreck and will have to go to chiropractor.

It's not a given that it's his fault. I mean you could be rear ended because a dumb cow ran a yellow and slammed into the back of you as you're driving down a city street doing 30. And worthless jurors claim it's your fault.
