Actually not.. He's rated better than Harper. . He would be a upgrade over Harper.. but we can get better in this FA class. .

People forget Harper missed training camp. Took him a while to get back up to speed. He didn't play bad over the last half of the season. Not great, but not bad either.

And didn't help that he was playing with DeCoud and Cason back there, and Godfrey when Bene was hurt.
