I can't do tweets on here but a guy named @mrjakehumphrey who is apparently the Adam schefter of England tweeted that his sources are telling him Arsenal is about to make a move that vaults them into title contention.

Maybe its the MCFC fan in me, but I don't see City giving up Aguero to RM. Aguero when healthy is our best player, excluding Yaya when he actually puts in effort.

Multiple sources report that Arsenal are in advance talks with Benzema.  Real Madrid apparently accepted the bid of around £45m and Arsenal are negotiating with Benzema on personal terms.

am i the only one that just really doesn't think benzema is that good?  an upgrade for arsenal no doubt, but i think he's kinda overrated

Ronaldo loves Benz because he's willing to defer to him on many occasions. If Benz didn't do that he would have been gone a LONG time ago. I still won't believe this till it actually happens. This transfer has been "close to done" about 6 times in three years.

Man if Rondon and Berahino could form some chemistry.... the Baggies won't be an easy game for anyone.  They got torched today though.  Shaqiri to Stoke surprises me.  I wonder why Spurs didn't try to get him as surely they could have outbid stoke.  Spurs seemed to have a quiet summer and didn't they want Shaqiri really bad last winter?

is Lamela really a vital piece to Spurs?  He's yet to really breakout for them.  They do have Chadli though

Arsenal board of directors made it public news the desire and urge to sign a striker...  Wenger did nothing.  Arsenal owners made a public comment that team needs a better goal scorer but will not interfere with Wenger... Wenger does nothing.  Therry Henry,  Parlour, Perez and other Arsenal legends issue a public message encouraging Arsenal signing a striker.  Wenger made a comment today that he won't gave in into media pressure to buy a striker.

Its not a media pressure you bloody fool, it's an abvious weakness the whole world sees except you.

Wenger might be forced into retirement very soon.  Looks like Board of Directors and owners are not thrilled with Wenger stinginess.

Niah.  I think he's a great manager... He just stubborn as hell...  Arsenal got around £250m in fuging cash in the bank...  That's ridiculous amount of cash...  That's more than what Manchester United or Real Madrid have.  Arsenal projected to receive around £150m in 2015-2016 season...  If Wenger do not buy anyone, Arsenal will have £400m in cash......  Why do you need so much fuging cash on hand?  Wenger is like a fuging squirrel... saving every penny.  Arsenal do not need new stadium for another 50 years...  reinvest into your fuging team...  Win the title...  You 2 players away from greatness...  Board of Directors tells him that... Owners...  Players... Fans...  Why accumulate all this cash?
