Looks like Benz was trolling maybe?  He showed up in China today after he posted a message last night of him in a private jet flying somewhere and said something about new chapter in his life...

Not sure what happened...  He did not fly with a team...  He flew somewhere on private jet and then private jet took him to china hours later.

He would be a good striker to have... Giroud did scored 20 goals last year and he missed 3.5 months with injury so Wenger might feel comfortable with Giroud.

Arsenal gave Walcott new 4 year contract worth £140k a week.  Looks like he will play striker this year.

Lyon has told Alexandre Lacazette if he's not happy he should leave. Had a bad attitude in training and preseason and doesn't want to stay. Liverpool got their striker, so no chance there. Wenger isn't going to sign a guy with attitude problems, so Arsenal are probably out. Dzeko, Jovetic, and Negredo all leaving City means they could go in for him if he tries to push through a move.

IF (and that's still a pretty huge IF) Arsenal does finally manage to sign him, I would expect Real to turn their attention to either Reus or Aguero. They're not letting Benz walk out the door without bringing in another big time goal scoring threat.
