Looks like Delph has turned down a big money move to Manchester City's bench. Says he wants to stay at Villa.

wtf?  He agreed to a deal and had medical scheduled this AM.  Smart move on his part... Look at all the players who join City for big money... They become nobody within 4 years.

I'm watching Southampton vs Valencia... Saints D is getting absolutely shredded.  They need to address that.

Yep, it's official per Aston Villa twitter.  Delph changed his mind in last minute.  Good for him!  fug CIty!

Yea, I was shocked to see he changed his mind. It's awesome to see a guy put his career over $$. Good for Delph.

Fabian Delph has confirmed for Aston Villa's web site that he will be staying at Villa Park despite widespread rumors of a move to Manchester City.

It doesn't get much plainer than the player himself saying "I'm not leaving. I'm staying at the football club and I can't wait for the start of the season and captaining this great football club." to AVFC.co.uk. On the heels of the acquisition yesterday of Idrissa Gueye Villa looks like they should have a strong central midfield wheelhouse. One wonders where City will look next to fulfill their homegrown quote for the upcoming season. Milner is gone. Clyne is gone. Trippier is gone. Delph is apparently staying. Arsenal have shown no interest in selling Wilshere or Walcott. There aren't many names left that could actually contribute.

Looks like Sterlng is City only option....
Liverpool should ask for £50m and no less.

Remy Cabella apparently wants out of Newcastle...  Lol

dude was absolutely terrible last year.

Alexandre Lacazette is strongly linked to Arsenal by French reporters.  Lyon wants around £35m.

This I would believe... He's young and French... Wenger loves young French strikers.

Liverpool really wants Laca but he said he will only join a team with Champion League spot...  So either Liverpool will have to overpay or look else where.  Laca also refused to put transfer request and said he will let Lyon handle his future...  Laca surrounded by Alexis, Ozil and Cazorla would be just too sexy... not sure if it will happen.  Wenger might give Welbeck another year to prove himself.

Manchester City is really struggling signing their targets.  Liverpool wants £50m for Sterling and Juve wants £75m for Pogba.  Manchester City already failed to sign Milner and Delph.  It looks certain Manchester City will have to splash cash to bring their targets in and it almost certain Manchester City will be hit with Fair Play sanctions again next year..  fuging epic...

Chelsea on verge of signing Pedro from Barcelona for £22m...  Costa, Falcao and Pedro... insane striker group.  Chelsea was looking weak when Costa went out so Mourinho playing it safe.

Barrett says it is done for 49 million.  Sweet never dreamed we'd get this much for him, now let's buy a top class player with this money (not Benteke)

Reus, Lacazette, Medel......

HAHAHAH

"Suarez Left = devastated

Torres left = gutted

Stevie left = inconsolable

Xabi left = broken

Sterling left = BUZZING"

£40m for Liverpool and  £10m for QPR.  Manchester City is so screwed...  If they sign Pogba, they will already go over their spending ceiling and they will need 5-6 additional players.  UEFA gonna comedown hard on em next year.
