1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State

Even with the baggage that comes with him, there's no denying Winston's ability on the field. Big body, big arm. Played in a pro-style offense. Reads and scans the field well. Plays with a lot of confidence and is very competitive. The Bucs have some nice pieces on offense. They just need to find their franchise quarterback.

2. Tennessee Titans - Leonard Williams, DT/DE, Southern California

The Titans could go in several directions, but it's hard to overlook Leonard Williams. The Titans had very little pass rush this past season. Adding Williams will be a game changer for their defense. Williams has an impressive combination of speed and strength. He has a full array of pass rush moves, great burst off the line and experience at several spots across the line. Safest pick in the draft.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars - Randy Gregory, DE/OLB, Nebraska

Telvin Smith was a breakout player for the Jags last season. Gus Bradley would be thrilled to add another explosive playmaker on defense, and Randy Gregory could be that guy. Unbelievable athlete with potential through the roof. He will be a difference maker from day one.

4. Oakland Raiders - Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama

With the emergence of Derek Carr, Raider Nation finally has a glimmer of hope. The Raiders should be looking to add weapons around him and they have the perfect opportunity to do that here. Cooper is the complete package. Crisp route-runner and can do damage from every level of the field. Definitely comes with the big play ability and has proven he can do it at crucial moments.

5. Washington Redskins - Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon

The RG3 experiment has crashed and burned. Both sides have handled the situation horribly and the Redskins should be looking for every opportunity to move on. Mariota on the board here is very tempting. He was a system-QB in college but has shown he has the qualities to play in the NFL. Great athlete with a great arm and impressive accuracy, even when on the run. Strong work ethic and character.

6. New York Jets - Shane Ray, DE/OLB, Missouri

Todd Bowles will be looking to add a pass rusher in his first offseason as Jets HC. Shane Ray is an athletic freak who plays with a mean streak. He's reportedly clocked in a 4.44 sec 40-yard dash, a 40+ inch vertical leap and benches presses over 400 pounds. Extremely high motor. He will turn some heads at the combine.

7. Chicago Bears - Danny Shelton, DT, Washington

img24982174.jpg

The Bears defense was embarrassing last season. Danny Shelton is the best defensive player remaining. Thick-frame, space eater. Impressive burst off the line, violent hands. Very athletic for a man his size. Can be effective against the run and cause chaos in the pocket.

8. Atlanta Falcons - Dante Fowler Jr, DE/OLB, Florida

The Falcons missed out on Kahlil Mack last draft. Luckily for them this year's classes is loaded with elite pass rushers. Dante Fowler Jr has the ideal size and frame that scouts look for. He is also an unbelievable athlete. Great combination of speed and power. He would give the Falcons the difference maker they need on defense.

9. New York Giants - Brandon Scherff, OT, Iowa

We've made it to the #9 pick and no offensive tackle has been taken. Oddly enough, this class is actually pretty impressive. The Giants desperately need to improve Eli Manning's protection and Brandon Scherff is a can't miss pick at this point in the draft. Insane size and strength. Moves his feet well. Very safe pick.

10. St. Louis Rams - Ereck Flowers, OT, Miami

The Rams need help all across the offensive line. Great size and frame. Unreal footwork for his size. Plays mean and is highly competitive. A bit raw in talent but he will shoot up the boards due to his ceiling.

11. Minnesota Vikings - DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville

Teddy Bridgewater made huge strides in the latter part of the season. The Vikings should be excited about his potential. Reuniting Bridgewater with his favorite target in college could be a real possibility. DeVante Parker is a tall receiver with an unreal wingspan. He will catch anything thrown near him. Big-time playmaker.

12. Cleveland Browns - Kevin White, WR, West Virginia

The annual suspension of Josh Gordon has once again caused set backs in the team's offseason plans. No matter who the team choses to start at quarterback, neither will have much success if the Browns don't improve at wide receiver. Kevin White is a tall target who can go up and compete for any ball thrown near him. Great strength but not a burner.

13. New Orleans Saints - Vic Beasley, DE/OLB, Clemson

Vic Beasley on the opposite side of Junior Galette would be a nightmare for their division-mates. He has an unreal first step and immediately has an advantage over his blocker. Beasley plays with a high motor and displays great closing speed in his pursuit.

14. Miami Dolphins - La'el Collins, OT/OG, LSU

Dolphins fans will be disappointed if the team goes with another offensive lineman in the first round, but Collins is great value at #14. Long arms, impressive strength and plays aggressive. He might have to slide inside, but either way the Dolphins are getting a reliable, versatile lineman.

15. San Francisco 49ers - Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma

Michael Crabtree is a free agent, Adquan Boldin is declining and Vernon Davis showed signs of slowing down last season. The 49ers will need to add some new weapons on offense to help out Colin Kaepernick. DGB is a risky pick due to off-field issues, however he is well worth the risk. Elite size and speed with soft, reliable hands. Needs to add some play strength. The potential is through the roof.

16. Houston Texans - Landon Collins, S, Alabama

DJ Swearinger is a huge bust. With all the playmakers they have in the front-seven, adding a dynamic athlete like Landon Collins could take their defense to the next level. Perfect build and athletic ability. Plays confident and with great instincts. Has the speed to cover the entire field.

17. San Diego Chargers - Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford

Another great value pick. The Chargers definitely need help in the trenches and would be thrilled to get a guy like Peat in the first round. Great physical tools and was impressive in pass protection during his time at Stanford.

18. Kansas City Chiefs - Benardrick McKinney, LB, Mississippi State

The Chiefs definitely need help at wide receiver, but the value at ILB is too good to pass up here. 32-year old Derrick Johnson tore achilles last season and the Chiefs can't count on him coming back. McKinney 6'5" with impressive speed and instincts. Very productive collegiate career.

19.  Cleveland Browns - Alvin "Bud" Dupree, DE/OLB, Kentucky

The Browns didn't have too much of a pass rush and Jabaal Sheard is a free agent. Bud Dupree is the complete package athletically and physically. He will lull his blocker to sleep with inside moves before blowing around the edge, showing off his great burst. Plays with high intensity, big-hitter.

20. Philadelphia Eagles - Jalen Collins, CB, LSU

The Eagles have a huge need at CB and Chip Kelly loves tall defenders like Jalen Collins. Limited playing experience but comes with the speed and instincts to be a instant playmaker for Philly.

21. Cincinnati Bengals - Shaq Thompson, OLB, Washington

Shaq Thompson is an extremely versatile player. Washington used him at strong safety, running back and outside linebacker. Thompson exceeded expectations at each position. Incredible athlete who can be a difference maker against the run and pass. Big play capability.

22. Pittsburgh Steelers - Marcus Peters, CB, Washington

Another Husky off the board in the first round. The Steelers desperately need help at CB. Ideal size and great ball skills. Can play press man and is very physical off the line.

23. Detroit Lions - Eddie Goldman, DT, Florida State

Ndamukong Suh and Nick Fairley are both free agents. It'll be very tough for the Lions to bring back both guys. Eddie Goldman is a great option as a replacement. Outstanding power and explodes off the line. Great against the run.

24. Arizona Cardinals - Erick Kendricks, LB, UCLA

Erick Kenricks would be a perfect fit in Arizona. He's a versatile athlete who can play inside or outside. Great speed and instincts gives him the ability to man-cover. Very smart football player.

25 Carolina Panthers - Sammie Coates, WR, Auburn

It is likely GM David Gettleman will look to fill his LT need in free agency. If that's the case, Sammie Coates is an easy pick at this point in the draft. Great combination of size and speed. He fits as the big play/deep threat the Panthers need opposite of Kelvin Benjamin.

26. Baltimore Ravens - Jaelen Strong, WR, Arizona State

Torrey Smith has reportedly turned down a contract extension from the Ravens, and Steve Smith is another year older. The Ravens will definitely need to bring in some new weapons on offense. Jaleen Strong is a physical wide receiver who will out work you for any ball thrown his way. Has the attitude and play style the Ravens love.

27. Dallas Cowboys - Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin

The Cowboys are likely to lose DeMarco Murray in free agency after his terrific contract season. They have needs elsewhere, but bringing in another dynamic running back could keep the offense from dropping off next season. Gordon has a big, strong frame to take on a heavy workload. Doesn't have elite speed but is a still a big play threat every carry.

28. Denver Broncos - Cameron Erving, OT/OG/C, Florida State

Cameron Erving can line up anywhere but scouts seem to love him at center over tackle or guard. Great footwork and always in position. Has shown rapid progression since switching from defensive line two-seasons ago.

29. Indianapolis Colts - Paul Dawson, LB, TCU

The Colts really need a difference maker in the middle of their defense. Dawson had a great collegiate career at TCU. He was a tackling machine. Very agile and fluid in his movements. Great instincts and plays hard.

30. Green Bay Packers - Denzel Perryman, ILB, UCLA

Clay Matthews will be begging the front office to bring in a new inside linebacker so he can move back to his pass rushing role on the outside. Reliable player with the ability to diagnose plays and attack the ball.

31. Seattle Seahawks - Arik Armstead, DE/DT, Oregon

The Seahawks add another athletic freak in Arik Armstead. Great length and power. Would be a great addition to an already elite defensive unit.

32. New England Patriots - TJ Clemmings, OT/OG, Pittsburgh

The Patriots need to improve Tom Brady's protection to prolong his career. TJ Clemmings in great value here. He's a former basketball player with a long frame and impressive foot quickness. His physical traits will have scouts drooling, but he needs to be coached well to reach his ceiling.
