Yet you constantly choose to do the opposite in the face of opposition.

I just hope I don't get a thread in TB made about me from you trying to call me out cause we both know how good you are at that.

You confuse 'opposition' with 'you'

Bored now. I've already given you more attention than you merit, so...

No you confuse opposition with me. I'm telling you how you choose to argue on this board. I see it all the time in like every thread. And I call you on it every time you do it.

you say yapping terrier

I say you can't handle anyone challenging you. So you shut down and revert to emotes.

Run along champ

Also your faux moral high ground thing is so boring and old change it up.

89- punched a man(several times)

76- was accused of beating/threatening a young woman

Football = Men hitting Men

Of the first two, which most resembles the equation above?

poo I knew I should have paid attention in math

Looks like SMF would rather pay Hardy all the money we need to use to sign Cam and Kuechly just to prove a point.

And then, AFTER Gettleman did that, he'd bitch about that too.

No I didn't. This decision has been implied to have been made a long time ago without even trying to negotiate with Hardy and Rosenhaus. We have no idea what his current market value is. Maybe he'll go get a big contract and that's fine as long as we at least entertained the notion of bringing him back. Not even considering it and not starting any conversation at all is what is so stupid.

Richardson played football.

89 has never been an off field risk. He was an on field and lockerroom risk. Every team has hit heads that struggle to control emotions in comptitive situations.

If 89 had off field issues....I believe he would have been gone long ago.

Apples and oranges

He was literally arrested in 2002 for breaking a guy's nose and eye socket and ending his career. They were in a receivers meeting watching film.

There are other factors at play here.

Mostly we have to make choices. Like Cam and Luke, or Hardy.

I wish we could keep him, but there are reasons why he will not be back and this trial is only one piece of that puzzle

I REALLY REALLY liked Greg's personality, sense of humor and wild characters along with his exceptional football play.

Cam and Luke are all that matter though.

We aren't in dire need of a DE until we part with CJ.

Maybe not even then, depending on what happens on the off season.

I disagree with that last part. Ealy, Horton, Addison...all of these guys had their moments this year, but Greg Hardy was coming off a season that nearly matched Julius Peppers in his Panthers prime. And it's not like he's an old veteran that we would consider releasing so a promising guy like Ealy could get more reps...Greg Hardy is actually younger than Josh Norman.

I REALLY REALLY liked Julius Peppers freak athleticism and play on the field.  I was plenty okay with his non-existent personality and lack of passion.

I'd still take Cam and Luke though.

And we weren't in dire need of a DE when we dropped Julius, we had CJ.

Those are the kind of decisions a GM has to make.

No easy job.
