Dorial Green-Beckham: If he falls to us on the clock in 2nd

That's ridiculously exaggerated.

Who have we drafted since Gettleman got here that you would call 'marginally talented'?

Haha, it's a war on two fronts. I might get confused about which thread we are arguing in but I'll give it a try.

That's not what I said Mr. Scot. If two players are there for us, one is so-so talent wise but has high character he would be selected over the more talented player with character concerns. Even if this is not 100% accurate it sure is the perception that the front office wishes to convey.

G-man has an incredible eye for talent but even he knows not to bring in future Cincinnati Bengals to Charlotte. Big Cat don't won't no scrubs.

To me you wouldn't want to waste a second round pick on a player with that much risk. Maybe later but in the second round you would want more of a sure thing.

Name 3 second round picks without concerns we have hit on in the last 10 years.  Time to spot playing it safe and gamble on talent.

Everyone before that was a Hurney pick, and he was garbage in the second round.

One of his picks was a guy named Jarrett. He had 'concerns' and was a failure.

he has not be in trouble in a year. the domestic incident, i find it hard to believe that a man would throw a women, down a flight of stairs, and not be charged for it. especially a 6'5 230 pound football player.

he has had a rough up bringing. he was in group homes, and foster care, for majority of his life. the guys needs someone to help him become a man. as much poo Jerry Jones gets, he should be commanded for helping Dez become the player he is. he would not allow Dez to become anything less then great, and did whatever he had to do, to make this happen. give DGB the Dez treatment, and watch him dominate. take a chance, and don't allow him to mess up.

our organization structure, from owner to coaches to players to city culture, is about as good of a landing spot for anyone who needs life coaching as you're gonna get.

i for one would love to see him lining up across from KB.

Translation:

Charlotte is a boring, dead city and he won't get in trouble as long as he stays away from Greg Hardy and his bar sluts.

To be fair Still early on Both but i will give you short. Ealy doesn't have enough time or snaps to say he is a success or bust.
