It's the highest level misdemeanor there is in NC. Doing time not unusual for it.

Holder does not need a guilty verdict to sue and be paid.  Do not have to have reasonable doubt in a civil trial.

 

Hardy WILL pay $ for this one....either by settling  or being found guilty in a civil suit.

He's not doing time for a misdemeanor. He'll get probation and community service if he's found guilty

I wonder if Hardy has trouble finding a date now? Are women afraid of him? Or is he in even more demand now that women know he's a multimillionaire loose cannon who makes foolish decisions. Are gold diggers seeing him as an easy mark now? A fool and his money are soon parted. I'm thinking women are coming to Charlotte from all over the area looking to get involved with Hardy.

We had an attorney on the podcast this week who does this for a living that says its not uncommon to do time for an A1 misdemeanor. 

 

I'd like to know your qualifications for your argument against.
