Not sure about that. While not having her there does increase the chance for at least a hung jury, it doesn't guarantee it. He could still be found guilty and actually do some time.

^Somebody listened to the podcaaaast.

But would he try it?

If he is an idiot he would.

The big payoff for Holder is the civil suit that would follow if he is found guilty. Millions at stake. She could use any offer he may have given her to go away as pretty damning evidence against him.

I think she shows up in court.

I wonder if Hardy has trouble finding a date now? Are women afraid of him? Or is he in even more demand now that women know he's a multimillionaire loose cannon who makes foolish decisions. Are gold diggers seeing him as an easy mark now? A fool and his money are soon parted. I'm thinking women are coming to Charlotte from all over the area looking to get involved with Hardy.

He's not doing time for a misdemeanor. He'll get probation and community service if he's found guilty

Where did you get your law degree?

We had an attorney on the podcast this week who does this for a living that says its not uncommon to do time for an A1 misdemeanor.

I'd like to know your qualifications for your argument against.
