She is an adult. She doesn't have to tell people what she does or where she's going. She doesn't even have to appear in court for nearly a week.

Doubt she will be there. This was a terrible ruling by the judge the first time in light of the evidence. Sadly it's taken this long to fix. Typical collateral damage of being a defendant in the court system.

Considering she no-showed the hearing for the restraining order and showed up late to the other trial, I'd say there is reason to believe she may not show up.

 

Also, it's probably a good idea to be in contact with your lawyer a week before you go into a highly publicized trial.
