I also am guilty of the hypocritical double standard. When a guy in a car with an SF Giants license plate cuts me off during my morning commute, I white knuckle the wheel and my wife can hear me plotting a Kill Bill style revenge on them and their family. When a guy in a car with an Oakland A's license plate does it, I immediately think aww man poor guy I hope he gets to work on time as he is obviously running late and thus the questionable driving.

This is highly irrational but matters little to me. I also look at Kaepernick when he does his bicep kiss thing and I want to drop an Acme anvil on his head, but when Cam does the Superman I get all hyped up and loud.

This will never change, and I've accepted it.

I am a Greg Hardy fan and want him back (if found innocent) and also enjoy professional wrestling.  Is there supposed to be some sort of correlation between that or something?

With all due respect, and this isn't directed at anyone particular rather than a general statement, some of you need to form your own opinions rather than allowing what someone says instilled inside of you.  There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting Greg Hardy back if found innocent because at the end of the day, it will be either us or another team.  That is a fact.  There have been several players, past and present, who played in the NFL despite having a not-so-kind background.  Suggs has several domestic violence allegations, including throwing a soap dispenser at his wife and dumping a bottle of bleach over her.

I understand why some don't want Hardy back but the level of criticism thrown at people who do is pretty odd.  There is no double standard in wanting a player who is (in a hypothetical) found innocent back on the team.
