All I said was I think DB is a higher priority than Dline..

And to be honest our defense didn't improve until the secondary moves were made..

Stats say Defense got better when Norman, Bene, and Boston solidify the back end of the defense. .2 of Pff"s top rated Cb help this team get better. .

Gordon will definitely make the team better! If no franchise LTs or DEs are available then give me SOMEONE THAT MAKES THE TEAM BETTER

Life of a nfl end is 3-4 years and of course Gordon isn't a AP type RB (can carry a team by himself) it's a waste of value to draft a rb in the 1st..

Herniay brainwashed some people........ the current value of RB is nearly on par with that of a punter. Please look at the recent contracts by RBs, gano got a better deal than nearly all of them. Nearly every spot thats not STs has more value than RB, even OGs. Of course there's a few exceptions, but overall the current market is poo for RB. I am curious to see what demaro murray gets in this current market.

He is young and has a solid year of starting experience. He, Remmers, and possibly Chandler competing give us hope for the RT spot.

He did fair, well for the situation. Rams fans liked him and PFF graded him about 20points higher than anyone we had!

Plus, he is the only realistic possibility.

Not sure if Hairston is much better than Bell, but god knows we gotta try something different there. Hoping for a Wiley vet LT cut, but for now.....it's the best we can hope for

I hope we have a balanced draft.. players who can fit in and possibily make plays for us right off the bat.. and I would like to see us look for a few studs for the future. Another LB for when TD is gone.. so he could learn from 2 greats while he is here. Maybe compete with Glanton and Klein. 

 

An offensive weapon.. WR.. RB.. TE.. Just need more people out there who can score points. 

 

Any athletic physical DBs.. I jsut can't wait til the draft actually comes.

Cut the BS! Nobody knew AP was an AP type player when he was drafted! Don't tell Lynch or AP or Forte about 3-4 years!

Problem with "balanced" draft, you are essentially drafting for need. You can't control who is deemed BPA when it's your turn on the clock

All things the same, AP wouldn't be up for top 5 pick this year either. Dmac was gonna be just as good or better.... How did that work out. It's todays value on RB's. Mostly because RB by committee of mid tier RB's is just as productive as an every down back! Nobody knew AP was gonna be what he is/was, just a chance taken when you draft.

Not at all am I arguing Marty made a smart move! One of the biggest blunders in team history! Right there with Delhomme ext. and Gilbert
