It's walking the line, are they purposely trying to disrupt opponent offenses or are they just too inept to realize at what point to cut it off?  As I recall all recordings must shut off at the 20 second point on the clock,  The referee's really have their hands full judging substitution situations and no-huddles to focus on sound noise so it is a tough thing to monitor.  When I was there I was glad to hear the fake noise when we were on offense just to drown out the air conditioners.

 

I think it is interesting where the falcons got some front office staff.  Maybe there are certain people with more experience walking that line than before.
