Seattle offers extension to Lynch

Until Lynch slows down, they need to give him what he wants.  Without him they're an 8 win team.

Marshawn can't have much left in the tank. He's in his 30s and has a ton of carries on his body. Seattle has run him into the ground.

Look at Frank Gore in SF. He's just a year or so older than Lynch with a similar body and career workload. And he fell off the face of the planet this year compared to years past.

 

Gore had 1100 yards this year at a respectable 4.3 ypc.  He didn't exactly fall off the face of the planet.  While the entire team digressed around him, he stayed pretty much consistent as he has his entire career.

Yeah, that guy is a little confused. Lynch is 28 and Gore is 31 and still going pretty damn strong. Though Gore is a free agent this year.I doubt he is back in SF.
