Probably an attempt to keep kids who would not get any valentine's day cards from getting their feelings hurt.

Gotta protect their wittle feewings.

...and in a few years when she starts playing soccer, there will be no wins and losses and everyone will get the same trophy...

Yeh. Sure. I'm gonna take advice from Hugh Hefner. He has...what...like only 20 women living with him? Pssh.

I'm sure it has everything to do with respect and not that fat stack of cash he's sitting on. They don't even respect themselves. They get naked for money, and mess around with an old dude for a free placee to live. He could call them bitches and it wouldn't matter to those hoes.

See your point but as a child of the 70s we had class lists and did cards for every kid. My kids are in school and we still don't discriminate. It's the St. Associated with the day.

I never personalized the cards I gave, the one card that actually said "I love you" went to a girl (whew) that had a crush on me. so the cards were not watching out for my feelings. fug cards!
