He's having to help rookie/inexperienced guards and he's still one of the top Centers in the league.

 

But that's a big reason for his play being so "down"

One could simply answer the original post and explain why one feels differently. But why not throw insults and one liners?

 

Kalil isn't going to get noticed when the line is garbage. I would assume he would have made the Pro Bowl at least if the line at the end of the year was able to play like that for a season. A center just isn't going to look good alone.

Center should be at the top of list of draft needs.

We need someone who can call protections, remember plays and snap counts, and have 7 feet long arms and able to squat a metric ton.

This way he can block everyone at the same time. It's so simple.

Well he didn't win the popularity contest (aka go to the pro bowl) this year, so that must mean he sucks.

I don't think Kalil is a liability,he just needed some additional talent to surround him on the OL. I don't have a lot of confidence in the way players are picked for the probowl,it's bacisically a popularity thing and all to often deservng players get left out.
