and btw, cheating at an organizational level the way that they did is a bigger deal than a few guys on the OL using peds without the organization's knowledge.

 

Plus I'm 100% sure every team in the league had at least a few guys using peds on their own, including the Patriots.

Carolina was not out coached or out played in the super bowl loss.  The Patriots simply paid Kasay more than the Panthers did.

I do think they slightly outcoached us.  All those attempted two point conversions were bad moves on Fox's part.  Had he just kicked the ep, vinateri's fg would have tied the game.  He overthought things.   As far as outplayed, it came down to a last second fg, so if we were outplayed, it was only by a hair.

I have issue with blaming it on Kasay.  Yes he did kick it out of bounds but it only moved it to the Patriots 40 yard line.  The defense did do their job either and if it wasn't for Kasay we wouldn't have been in the SB to start with.
