What are your Superbowl food plans?

My wife makes a mean spinach dip.  I hate spinach, but I dog the hell out of it, normally with some Toasted or Ritz crackers.

Never been into the big meal thing during the game, snack food type stuff galore.  Likely will throw some pizza rolls, taquitos, or mini corn dogs into the mix.  Nothing fancy, but effective.

Of course, washed down with some Fat Tire or Sam Adams.

I made this last month and am gonna make it again sunday, fantastic. Unless I stumble upon some thin pre sliced steak though (hard to find in my town) I'm just gonna use roast beef this time.

if you put it in the freezer (not till frozen) for a bit you can cut any steak pretty thin

Making chili on Saturday so that it has plenty of time for the flavor to develop.

These sausage balls look awesome and I might have to steal them.

Sausage Balls.

1 lb Neese (HOT) breakfast sausage.

3 cups Biscuit baking mix.

10oz or more sharp cheddar cheese.

Mix well, roll into balls, and bake in the oven.

Chips

Beer

Booze

And whatever else my guests bring

This guy knows how to cook boys and girls...

I'm smoking a pork butt for 16-18 hours, drinking an absurd amount of IPA's, and will probably make some type of appetizer.
