Potential. It's all about what he could be. Like believe Chad Johnson hyped him up by saying he could be a #1 WR in the NFL. Add the fact he is 6'5, Is coming off a 1000 yard season, (900 Yards before.) is the son of a hall of fame WR, and he is young. So that's why everyone is interested in this guy. He will probably make practice squad player salary so you wouldn't be on the hook if he didn't work out.
