Everyone really needs to calm down, you need 3 years to evaluate a draft anyways. I'm more inclined to give players the ability to rise up after a little while like an Aaron Rodgers or implode after their first season like a Vince Young or Keary Colbert. That being said, you know Gettleman is strokin' it reading this saying aloud to hemself: "Oh yaaa ha ha ha ya 'f-oh-a' 'fur-st' round draft picks bap bap bap bap bap bap"

Don't know what your beef is with Ealy. He made some big plays in the backfield in clutch situations down the stretch.

 

I had no problem with him. He started the season off slow and played well at the end. He just didn't strike me as a first rounder with the limited number of snaps he played and what he did with those snaps. He still played well and I think he was deserving of a second rounder not first

He's a 43 DE that showed the ability to do the job.  Those guys will always go high.

Our future is bright. Hopefully the whole Huddle starts to trust Getts and his credo of drafting BPA. Here you see the result, it will pay off in the years to come.
