I'd love to snag Justin Hardy in the mid-rounds.

He would immediately be our best return option and probably could develop into a solid WR2-3.

It depends on how well Hardy performs at the combine. If he runs a fast time he might be drafted higher than that. He surely has the game film to justify a high pick. He would be a fantastic slot receiver and return man. He would be a mismatch for almost all linebackers and safeties.
