Falcons set to hire Kyle Shanahan as OC

"Falcons are hiring Kyle Shanahan as their OC, per league source. Shanahan and Dan Quinn planned to be package deal."

From what I am reading, Falcons Fans aren't happy...

That's really not that bad. Shanahan is a lot better then Shula so we really can't be laughing.

Kyle Shanahan knows his QBs and how to get the most out of them, but I'm not sure this matters with a seasoned QB. He's a solid choice-could be better, could be worse. Not totally sold on Quinn, but it's a real shame they didn't hire Rex Ryan. Watching him destroy that offense even quicker than Charles Johnson does would've been glorious.

But it is the Falcons so chances are they'll muck it up one way or another. Wasn't Kyle running the pistol with RG3 in Washington? I'd love to see him try that with Matty Ryan.
