The Suck Bowl: Patriots vs Seahawks

I do use Icy-Hot on occasion. What's the mothballs for?

Back in the day....when you stored your winter clothes, a moth could lay eggs in your clothing. The eggs would hatch and larve would eat holes in the clothing. Mothballs would prevent that from happening. It had a pretty distinct smell but it's hard to describe.

I agree with you on that. Joe doesn't have camera suave. Also I don't like Peyton being on ANY commercial. He sucks at acting. I think he does have several Papa franchises. The Nationwide commercials just plain suck.

He was pretty great on SNL.

No, dumfug. You don't read well either, I see. I said because defenses were allowed to hit the QB... period. Today;s QBs couldn't take the hits guys like Montana, Elway and Marino took. But, I'm sure you never heard of those guys, right?

Wow, such insight, intelligence and wit. Don't you have Mommy to come pick you up from daycare soon?

You're a clueless child.

How senile are you? Of course I know who Montana elway and Marino are.

And your whole reasoning behind this terrible opinion is completely devoid of anything pertaining to actually quarterback skill. Just their ability to take a hit.

Why don't just watch murder she wrote?

I may have dry dreams and wet farts, but I don't smell like mothballs.  :startle:

I remember last year when everyone thought Denver was going to roll over Seattle. That was a good call.

Not sure why people don't like this matchup. I think it's gonna be a good game. I won't watch ESPN for the next two weeks, but the game itself should be good.

I'm not interested in the game because of the air in which the Patriots reside.  Too much controversy over the years relative to how the Patriots play the rules vs. the game.  Remember the 'tuck' rule years back plus the controversial rule this year and not to mention the spygate and deflategate.  I have no problem with a team having excellent coaching and players and winning multiple SB's.  It's just the way it is done that gets me.  If it was Seattle and someone else, no problem.

To each their own I guess.

I hate everything about the Patriots, too, but I'm not going to protest the Super Bowl because I don't like that they're cheaters. Seems like some silly self inflected punishment to me.

I was at the Super Bowl in AZ when the Giants beat the Pats. One of my favorite memories from that game ( other than sitting 5 seats down from LC and Audrina) was watching Brady walk off the field with his head down and not congratulate the Giants or talk to anyone at all. It was a priceless scene. Why miss the opportunity to see him cry again? It's not like it gets old.

I think this is a great match-up. Evil Empire vs Evil Empire. It's like a movie where the big fight scene at the end is bad guy vs bad guy. Pete Carroll is like Lex Luthor, and his henchmen include Beastmode and the Legion of Boom. Spygate sounds eerily similar to Skynet from the Terminator movies. Belichick is the Hooded One, probably the greatest evil genius in history. He's like the Emperor from Star Wars. His henchmen include Brady as the highly capable First Mate of the Dreadnought, Gronk as the Terminator, advanced warfare, probably the most deadly piece of weaponry ever, Revis, who will take you to Revis Island and torture you in unspeakable ways, etc etc. Hell, the Patriots even recently harbored a serial killer in Aaron Hernandez

Seattle has limped into the Super Bowl off of 2 games that could have easily been losses for them if the Panthers or Packers had a better gameplan. Whereas the Patriots have been blowing through the playoffs like it's nothing. That's why.

I'm not protesting the SB as much as I'm just disgusted with ones like Bilicheck and Brady getting by with off the wall stuff and others getting punished for the slightest offense.  I'll settle down eventually.
