If Cam threw 4 interceptions in a game...

Again go pull the ACTUAL numbers our defense is not in the same league

Last year, not only was Seattle defense better, but they actually scored much more points than the Panther defense, which benefited Wilson and their offense greatly.

As I said many time: The Seattle defense actually scored more points than the Seattle offense in the Superbowl, and they did it early, so the offense had a huge cushion to work off of.

That is precisely why I'm here.

Just strange to me is all. The vast majority of this site seem more like Cam fans than Panther fans. Panther fans will literally throw every other person on the team under the bus to stick up for Cam. How many times in this thread has it been thrown around about Wilsons great defense being able to keep them in the game? While I completely understand that the Hawks have one of the best defenses we've seen in quite some time, the Panthers have had one of the top defenses in the NFL the last couple years.

Just last week, the defense held the team in the game, despite 2 turnovers, only to have Cam throw a pick 6 to seal it. Strangely, everyone here did nothing but make excuses.

To be fair, it's why I don't post on SR much. The Brees slobbering is unreal. They don't believe he can do any wrong. I'm of the belief he cost us a number of games this year, but it is what it is I guess. It's just on a whole other level here.

it gets annoying to me too but i usually just ignore it.  i don't feel the need to crusade against anyone who loves cam more than the panthers.  i don't think he's more valuable than the long term ability of the team to compete.  i paid actual fuging money to watch the jimmy clausen led panthers in 2010 so it's not a matter of that.  the thing is i think he's a central cog in the success of this team going forward and has been asked to do a lot and his mistakes reflect that.

it's hard not to react negatively when some dumbass is going around shitting up threads with their faulty logic and double standards only to accuse other posters of being gay or sexually attracted to our quarterback when they have a problem with it.  the topic doesn't matter - if you do that trying to make an argument about which brand of spackle is better then it's still annoying.  that kind of bullshit is what drives a lot of the flame wars you see.

and i don't believe for a second that you've never seen anything like this on the internet.  i saw it all the time about all kinds of meaningless poo before i even found this site.

Your window never opened.

How does that feel?

Well this is denial.

We have a young, emerging superstar QB. A young, incredible defensive corp at every level. A young, stud WR along with a nice TE and RB, both in their prime. And a salary cap that is finally healing enough after the last regime's debacle that we will be able to add some real talent starting this offseason with a man in charge of the process who has been incredible at both drafting and free agent signings. All this following back to back division titles.

Seems to suggest that what you're saying isn't true. Seems to suggest just the opposite.

wow mr. calm cool reasonable and collected went from 0-dipshit in one post

looks like you're no better than us

Lol. No poo talk allowed? What was I supposed to say?

More politically correct answer: this year sucked. Not sold on the window being shut, but it's definitely closing.

Now, which was more fun?
