If Cam threw 4 interceptions in a game...

Most QBS can't bounce back from 4 ints. Wilson is the exception. No towel on his head just a Surface in his hands.

Take notes, Cam, take notes...

Just about every QBs team is blown out......and then those late throws are just garbage time junk no one gives a rip about

Last time I checked, Wilson has arguably the best RB and Defense in the NFL. It's easy to be "better" when you don't feel like screwing up will cost your team the game. It's no different than "pocket presence." It's pretty easy for a QB to have that when their offensive line usually does a good job in pass protection. If they don't, you're not nearly as confident.

Wilson was always a "cool under pressure" college player, but in the NFL he has no reason to be anything but that with the other pieces on that team.

I agree. I don't actually think Wilson is better, at least not noticeably so. I was conceding that to reiterate the point the OP made.

The difference between Russel Wilson and Cam (besides knowing how to read defenses): If Cam, played like absolute ass the way Russell did, the Panthers would have no chance of winning. Cause his input is tantamount to the teams success, no matter how good the defense can play.

However, Wilson can win games where he plays got awful, cause he's not essential to their offense, cause they never go into a game looking to establish the pass first. Every thing reacts off the run game.

There is some truth to that but

There's also some truth that he was apart of winning this game tonight at the end.

Cam obviously doesn't have that luxury but ppl are looking at this game in a vacuum as if RW goes out and throws 4 picks a night and seawhals always win. Beast mode obviously is a big part of what they do

Young QBS have bad games. Wilson had a bad game

No different than what has been said 1 million times

But did he not come through at the end?   It doesn't matter that he had 4 ints it matter if he helps the team win at the end.  Something Cam failed to do.

Last year in the Superbowl, he won a game where the defense scored more points than the offense, and they did it early.

But of course Wilson gets the credit with the media, though he doesn't win Superbowl MVP. Someone on the defense did.

Of course Wilson doesn't usually throw this many interceptions, cause Seattle's game plan  usually works. However, when he's asked to make throws in the pocket (and not running), he struggles. You know that.

Wilson's offense is set up for him to throw off play action, fakes, motion, bootlegs, and timing patterns. He's rarely asked to sit in the pocket and make multiple reads. Now, I'm not saying he's not good at it. He is. However, many people equate this with him being a "pocket/Drop QB" when he obviously not, while Cam gets the tag of "running QB" cause his team hasn't won a Superbowl like Wilson's.

I got  you thought, and know you're a big fan of Wilson. It's a good discussion.

yeah garbage vague generalized arguments like that aren't going to work here

why was it that a guy who threw twice as many interceptions as cam was even in position to play in overtime and throw a game winning touchdown exactly
